What was the highlight of Bordoy Continental Palma
Impeccable hotel and service
Everything about this hotel was impeccable. From the traditional exterior to the sumptuous and classy rooms and impressive communal areas with tastefully selected beautiful furniture and ornaments this hotel was an absolute pleasure to stay in. We were given a warm welcome by the friendly front of house staff who were extremely respectful and went out if their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The hotel was spotlessly clean, quiet and the rooms were large and beds very comfortable. Our room was cleaned each day and was impeccable on our return. We had private use of the spa which needed to be booked and the breakfast was extremely high quality and varied and even included cava as part of the buffet spread. The waiting staff at breakfast were also excellent and extremely professional. It was a truly memorable experience. Our only regret is that this hotel chain is only present in Mallorca and Menorca at the moment.
We cannot fault a single thing about this hotel.

Great hotel with Great Staff-Everyone should stay here
This is a very beautiful hotel. The lobby is extravagant. The rooms are not as big as perhaps what you would find at a Hilton, but the wood detailing in each room is EXTRAORDINARY. The beds are incredible, breakfast was decent, and the bathrooms were huge ( my room had a bathtub and a stand up shower).Also, the hot water was consistent. The LOCATIOn of this hotel is superb because it is in walking distance to the shopping areas and you can walk to the Cathedral de Mallorca ,and old town from this hotel. It’s a straight forward walk, with sidewalks. You can also walk to the water if that is your wish. The people who work the front staff are incredible—every single one of them. I don’t remember their names, there’s a short lady, an older man, and then a young tall guy named Frederico. Also, they always helped me call a cab when i needed one, and they had maps to help show me where i needed to go.Very friendly and wonderful hotel.
The only issue I had dealt with housekeeping- this is not a reflection of the hotel, solely housekeeping. When I leave my room, I always take pictures and I intentionally place things in certain ways, and I hang the DO NOT ENTER sign on my door. The first day I entered my room, after hanging the DO NOT ENTER SIGN on the door for the day, someone came in to the room, and even left me a bag to dispose of a certain product. I was not happy about that. Unfortunately , I returned late to the room that day, so the front desk ensured me they would speak to the manager the next morning, since the manager was not there. The next morning, again, I left my room a certain way, but this time I positioned a chair in front of my door, so that if opened from the front, I would know. When I opened the door, I could tell that someone had tried opening the door, probably realized that the room was purposely like that, and immediately closed the door. I informed the hotel staff again, and he informed me he would tell the manager the next day. I do believe that management was informed, because it did NOT happen the third night. I think it is important for hotel staff to know that their staff does not always follow the “ DO NOT ENTER” sign rules, and I had pictures/evidence to back it up. I feel like if I hang that sign up, no one should enter my room..at all. If the hotel needs to enter my room, they should inform me, and of course I will let them enter. I travel with cash, laptop, passports, and stuff, so when I am in my room and I lose something, knowing that I have hung a DO NOT ENTER Sign on my door, it lets me know I was careless and lost something—I have no one to blame. I am very happy that this hotel management is serious, because they took care of the problem immediately, and I am grateful for them. The hotel truly believes in customer satisfaction. This hotel is wonderful.( please do not reply with my real name).

Hotel is central to all amenities. Very clean hotel, rooms spacious and staff very friendly.
Location was excellent l. Just a few minutes walk from the main shopping area but in a quiet area.
I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. Will Definitely recommend and use again.
